
Bhiwadi
is a town in Rajasthan, situated in Alwar district and is on the path of
fast industrial development. Being a regional centre of National Capital
Region (NCR), it has been put on a fast track development by the government.
The real estate prices in the town have been rising since 2003. This is
because of the infrastructural development and the locational advantage of
the town. It is well connected to New Delhi by National Highway No.8. It is
also near to NCR cities like Gurgaon and Faridabad. This has made it an
ideal location for setting up industries.
Bhiwadi is experiencing a high rise in the realty prices owing to companies
moving in the town. This has also lead to an increase in the price of
residential properties. With the rising demand, the Rajasthan housing board
has taken up fast development of housing and industry. Keeping the growing
population in mind, a number of houses have been built for working class and
other residents.
Residential Real estate
Leading developers are undertaking a number of projects like apartments,
new age townships including shopping mall, restaurants, schools etc. Villas
are also being constructed keeping the demand for NRIs in mind. Since
Bhiwadi is the next realty destination, a lot of residential properties are
being developed keeping the future demand in mind.
Industrial real estate
Industrial land rates in the city have appreciating by about 25-30 per cent
in the last two to three years. There has been an increase in the number of
companies in the town and the number has crossed 1400 units. It is being
considered as the most potential industrial area in NCR. Keeping the
economic development in mind, the local government is also encouraging
building of industrial centers.
